Terry was born in Arkansas and raised in North Central Texas. Terry was saved by God’s grace (Ephesians 2:8-9), turning from his sin and trusting in Christ after reading the book, The Late Great Planet Earth. After meeting Kim, he moved to Southern California, where they were married in 1989.
Terry and Kim have two married sons, one daughter, and two granddaughters. He has been a member of Grace Bible Church since 2023 and has served as a teacher in adult equipping classes, youth Bible study, and men’s Bible study.
Terry graduated from The Master’s University in 1998 with a B.A. in Bible Exposition. He went on to study at The Master’s Seminary and graduated in 2001 with a Master of Divinity. Terry has previously served as a pastor at churches in California, Nebraska, and Indiana. He also spent eleven years as a technical editor at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, California. He is currently employed as a teacher at Heritage School in Fredericksburg, Texas, where he teaches a variety of subjects, including Bible, Latin, Greek, and Yearbook.
Terry and Kim love the body of believers at Grace Bible Church and consider it a privilege to serve at GBC. They love the church's commitment to stand firm on the Word of God through expository preaching and biblical counseling.
